User Agreement

Welcome to SriServe. This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which individuals (“Users”) may access and utilize the services available on www.sriserve.in. By creating an account, browsing, or booking services through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the platform. Users are responsible for providing accurate registration details, keeping login credentials secure, and ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws of India.

By using SriServe, you agree that:

  • You will not impersonate another person, create fake accounts, or provide misleading information.
  • You will not misuse the platform to conduct unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • You are solely responsible for any communications or transactions carried out under your account.
  • You acknowledge that SriServe is a facilitator connecting users and service providers, and does not directly provide services.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, or permanent banning of your account. SriServe reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

User Privacy Policy

At SriServe, your privacy is of utmost importance. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect:

  • Personal identifiers: Name, phone number, email address, and demographic information.
  • Booking details: Services requested, payment preferences, and transaction history.
  • Location data: For matching users with nearby service providers.
  • Technical information: Device details, IP address, browser type, and cookies for analytics.

How We Use Information: We use the data to provide personalized services, confirm bookings, communicate updates, and enhance user experience. We may also analyze aggregated data to improve the platform’s performance and security.

Data Sharing: We do not sell or rent your data. Information may only be shared with verified service providers for fulfilling bookings or with authorities if required by law.

Data Security: We employ encryption, access restrictions, and monitoring systems to safeguard personal data. Users can request access, corrections, or deletion of their data by contacting our support team.

User Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of SriServe by all users. By continuing to use our services, you agree to comply with these obligations:

  • All bookings must be confirmed through the platform. Direct arrangements with providers outside the platform are prohibited unless expressly permitted.
  • Payments must be made through approved methods listed on the site. Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment gateways may result in legal action.
  • Users agree to honor scheduled appointments, treat providers respectfully, and avoid harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
  • Cancellations and refunds must follow the stated refund policy.

SriServe acts only as a mediator and does not guarantee the quality of services offered by independent providers. Disputes between users and providers should be resolved between them, though SriServe may assist if required.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure that every user has a smooth and reliable booking experience. However, if services need to be canceled or refunded, the following applies:

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made before the service provider confirms may qualify for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after confirmation but prior to the scheduled service time may qualify for a partial refund, depending on the provider’s terms.
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of the scheduled service) may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

  • If a service provider fails to deliver the confirmed service, users are entitled to a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds may vary depending on the type of service, provider policies, and booking conditions.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Services already rendered or partially availed.
  • Cancellations outside the allowed time window.
  • No-shows where the provider was present at the scheduled time and location.

Service Provider Agreement

This section outlines the legal obligations of individuals or businesses (“Providers”) who register and list services on SriServe.

By becoming a provider, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and complete business details, service categories, pricing, and availability.
  • You will promptly respond to booking requests and maintain professional communication with customers.
  • You will deliver services as described and in accordance with agreed terms.
  • You will not engage in fraudulent activity, overpricing, or misrepresentation of your services.

SriServe reserves the right to suspend or remove providers who receive consistent negative feedback or violate these terms. Payments may be withheld in cases of disputes until resolution.

Commission Policy

SriServe applies a commission rate of 10–15% on all successfully completed bookings. This commission covers:

  • Marketing and promotion of services on the platform.
  • Customer support and dispute resolution handling.
  • Technology infrastructure and payment processing costs.

Providers will receive payouts within 7 business days after service completion, net of applicable commission. Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate bank and identification details.

Attempts to bypass SriServe and engage in direct transactions with customers outside the platform will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in permanent suspension and legal action.

Provider Privacy Policy

We collect provider information including business name, owner contact, service categories, pricing, and service area. This information:

  • May be displayed publicly on the platform to increase visibility to customers.
  • Is used internally for analytics and platform improvement.
  • Will not be sold or rented to third parties.

Providers have the right to request corrections, updates, or removal of outdated information. Data is protected under the Indian IT Act and applicable data protection laws.

Provider Terms & Conditions

As a registered service provider on SriServe, you agree to abide by the following:

  • You must honor all confirmed bookings unless unforeseen circumstances prevent it, in which case you must notify both the user and SriServe immediately.
  • Prices listed on the platform must be accurate, transparent, and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • You must maintain a professional attitude in all interactions with users and treat them with courtesy.
  • Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or customer complaints may result in account suspension.

Any disputes arising under this agreement will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh.
